Magnetic Separators
Tube magnets offer a versatile solution for a wide range of ferrous separation, reclamation, filtration, or purification.
The 316 stainless steel sheaths are fitted with Rare Earth magnets assembled into a multiple magnetic pole arrangement using internal mild steel pole pieces.
Each end of the tube is permanently sealed with a 316 stainless steel end cap, which has a tapped M8 or M10 thread for simple fastening. This construction offers a high degree of corrosion resistance and simple cleaning.
Common applications include hydraulic oil systems, coating tanks, & food
processing plans. Tube magnets are available in two standard diameters
25.5mm & 38mm. The lenghts are manufactured to customer's requirements,
it is also possible to have these tubes supplied assembled in a grid arrangement. |

Magnetic Sweeper
Magnet Sales & Services Ltd have designed and developed this powerful permanent magnetic floor sweeper to collect all types of unwanted ferrous material such as nails and machining swarf. Its quick and easy release mechanism allows the ferrous scrap to be removed without handling or bending and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The magnets inside the sweeper enables even the smallest of ferrous material to be collected and its robust design provides a long-term and durable solution to this common problem. The main benefits of keeping floor areas free of unwanted ferrous material are the prevention of expensive tyre damage and the reduction of personal injury through build up unwanted swarf. For heavy consistent use it is recommended that a wear plate is fitted.
